Featuring Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk

So, I recently took my girls to Hawaii for vacation and it was nothing short of spectacular.  We spent four days on Oahu.  It was our first time on the island and I wanted to stay on Waikiki Beach to be in the center of things and not necessarily have to rent a car.  I absolutely LOVE staying at Wyndham vacation properties because I feel more at home in the apartment-like settings that are usually available as opposed to simply a hotel room.  I’ve stayed at a few Wyndham resorts and have yet to be disappointed.  The Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk was no exception! Our accommodations were the one bedroom suite which consisted of a living area with a pullout sofa bed, a fully equipped galley kitchen, a bedroom with a king sized bed, a large bathroom, washer and dryer, and two balconies.  This particular unit sleeps a total of four people which was perfect for us.  We also love the fully equipped kitchens that are offered at Wyndham resorts because we get tired of eating out all of the time while travelling.  I find the resorts to be very tastefully decorated as well. This resort is part of Outrigger’s Waikiki Beach Walk project.  Although it is not a beachfront property, Waikiki Beach is just a short walk away.  It is, however right in the middle of lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.  There are also ABC convenience stores all around if you need anything from souvenirs to groceries.  There is a grocery store with slightly better pricing and more options within walking distance, as well.  I was very pleased with the location. Some of the amenities offered at this resort include an outdoor swimming pool, game room, exercise room, as well as planned activities for adults and kids.  Some of the activities they offered were Ping Pong and Pizza, Ukulele Class, Lei Making Class, and Shave Ice.  They also offer some pretty sweet deals if you are interested in listening to a time share presentation.  I actually took them up on that to save $200 on Luau tickets!  It was totally worth it!My family and I absolutely enjoyed staying at this resort and would definitely stay here again.  The staff was friendly, the location was awesome, and the units had everything to make us feel perfectly at home during our stay.  I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you plan to travel to Oahu!
